A music resource: Under the guise of free speech, much of today’s contemporary music is being used to deliver very negative messages. Clients and DJs alike agree that many songs are inappropriate for general audiences.

Beyond music, the mission of CrossMix is to offer the mobile entertainment profession a source for information, encouragement, inspiration, motivation, and fellowship that’s based on principals from the Bible. CrossMix is an opportunity for Christian men and women in the DJ/KJ profession to practice and share their faith on a 24-7 basis… in their personal lives, in their businesses, even in the music they play. CrossMix members believe that a great and loving God has created all things for his purpose…

“…Trust not in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy” 1 Tim. 6:17

And that the only way you can discover that purpose and find true and lasting peace is to follow God’s commandments and accept God’s only son, Jesus Christ, as your personal savior. We are all sinners, unworthy of a place in God’s eternal kingdom, yet by believing and trusting in Jesus, eternal peace and happiness is attainable. That’s the good news.

“For God so loved the world that whosoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life”. John 3:16

CrossMix is not a religion. Its members are not bound by denominational limitations. Our members are free to hold differing opinions about non-essential things. Jesus taught that the most important thing is love. As that applies to our profession, that means we need to respect each other as persons and fellow performers, and when someone is in need of a little help or encouragement, to do what we can to help.

The foundation of CrossMix has been laid, built on the Word of God. We take on the responsibility God has placed before us. We are committed by sharing the Gospel, making a difference in peoples lives, not only in the DJ industry, but across the nation. Our vision is to continue to reach out to the lost by building relationships, bringing in quality guest speakers, handing out free Bibles, and holding DJ Chapel Services at national trade shows. Part of the vision also includes educating DJs as well as the buying public about the lyrics in music today and the alternative to positive Christian music. We pray that if you share in our vision, weather you are a DJ or not, that God will clearly direct you how to use your resources to see our vision become a reality to make a difference.
